ABOUT

Hi! I'm Esha, a fourth-year student studying Sociology and Communication Design through the BA/BFA Degree pathway at The New School.

My background in graphic design and sociology makes me a versatile and creative researcher. I approach research not only as an analytical process but also as a communicative one. I believe that visual connection can make complex social theory more accessible and can help communities see their own experiences reflected in data. Across visual media, I strive to translate research into formats that are engaging, clear, and politically resonant. I strive to create accessible and engaging visual materials that allow research to move beyond the institution and into the hands of the communities it represents. In my work, I strive to create cohesive visual systems that thoughtfully serve both the audience and the content.
